Responsibility:
In charge of purchasing production material and project;
Participating in and guiding partner’s project purchasing;
Develop and select the global potential partners;
Design and arrange purchasing strategy, guide subordinates to make sure the work successfully completed;
Be responsible for supervising and guiding purchaser to complete the business and research analysis work;
Inspect, organize and carry out purchasing work to be completed successfully;
Plan monthly cash flow used to the procurement and implement supervision and inspection functions.
Requirement:
Have the experience of the large occident company, or the famous Japanese company;
Director or above and have the global or region procurement experience in the communications or electronic company, and the quality experience in Japanese company is attached;
The age is between 40-50 years old;
English is as working language;
Have the outstanding performance in the past working experience;
Chinese working experience is preferred and the salary is More than one million.
